General 3 questions

Who can attend the congress?
Academics, researchers, graduate students and practitioners in related fields may attend as presenters or as listeners.
What are the congress languages?
Papers may be presented in Turkish or English. The website and participant panel are available in Turkish, English and Russian.
Where and in what format will the congress take place?
The congress will be held on-site in Rome (Via S. Martino della Battaglia, 44, 00185 Rome RM, Italy), with online sessions offering hybrid participation. Hall and session details are listed in the congress programme.

Paper Submission 5 questions

In which format should I submit my paper?
Papers must be uploaded to the system in PDF, DOC or DOCX format and must comply with the congress author guidelines.
May I submit a paper with multiple authors?
Yes. On the paper submission screen, you can add all authors and designate the corresponding author.
Can I submit more than one paper?
Yes. Each participant may submit more than one paper; an additional fee applies to the second and subsequent papers.
How long should the abstract be?
Abstracts should be 250–400 words long, cover the aim, method, findings and conclusion, and include 3–5 keywords.
Can I edit a paper I have already submitted?
Once a paper is under review it cannot be edited directly. If reviewers request a revision, you can upload the revised file from your panel; otherwise, please contact the secretariat.

Peer Review 3 questions

How long does the review process take?
Papers undergo a double-blind peer review process; the review results are announced on the date specified under Important Dates.
Where can I track the status of my paper?
You can follow your paper’s status and reviewer comments in the “My Submissions” section of your participant panel. You will also be notified by email whenever the status changes.
How does the peer review process work?
Each paper is sent double-blind to at least two expert reviewers, who recommend acceptance, revision or rejection based on criteria such as originality, methodology and scientific contribution.

Registration & Payment 4 questions

How can I make my payment?
After registering, you can pay by bank transfer and upload your payment receipt through your panel. Your payment is finalized upon approval by the congress administration.
What does the registration fee include?
The registration fee covers attendance at all sessions, congress materials, participation and presentation certificates, and publication of your paper in the abstract or full-text proceedings.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my registration?
No. Registration and participation fees are not refunded under any circumstances, regardless of when or why you cancel. If you cannot attend, you can transfer your registration free of charge to an eligible person by written request no later than 7 days before the congress begins. Can I receive an invoice?
Yes. Enter your individual or corporate invoice details in the registration form, and your invoice will be issued once your payment is approved.

Certificates & Publication 3 questions

How do I obtain my certificate of participation?
After the congress, certificates of participation with QR code verification are published in your participant panel and can be downloaded as PDF files.
Where will the papers be published?
Accepted and presented papers are published in the abstract and full-text proceedings books with ISBN and made available in the Publications section of the website.
How can I verify my certificate?
Every certificate carries a unique serial number and QR code. Scan the QR code or enter the serial number on the “Certificate Verification” page to check its validity.

Attendance & Presentation 2 questions

Can I present online?
Yes. Select “Online Presentation” as the presentation type when submitting your paper. Session links are shared by email after the programme is published.
How long is each presentation?
Each oral presentation is allotted about 10–15 minutes, followed by a short Q&A. Exact timings are given in the session programme.
